Orders ship via US Postal Service, with the following options:
- Standard First Class Mail
- Priority Mail
We process and ship all CuraPet orders of stocked items within one business day.
We ship orders Monday-Friday.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping.
Bulk orders over 15 items ship via UPS Ground, with signature confirmation.
Orders ship with a tracking number by default.
These tracking numbers are assigned and emailed to you when your items are shipped, but will not be active within the USPS tracking system for 24-48 hours. (Don’t worry – your items are on their way, the USPS is simply slow to update the pickup and progress.)
The delayed online information means that for Priority Mail service especially, the tracking progress sometimes may not be updated until AFTER delivery.
You can check in with us at any time for the status of your shipment.
We ship worldwide, with only four exceptions: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, & Singapore.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.
